Professional Constable Services Built on Law Enforcement Experience

Pro Constable was founded by a retired Massachusetts State Police Sergeant with a commitment to professionalism, reliability, and public service.

With more than three decades of service to the Commonwealth, our founder Bob Ahern created Pro Constable to provide dependable, professional, constable services to individuals, landlords, property managers, attorneys, and businesses throughout Massachusetts.

We understand that serving legal documents is more than a delivery task. It requires attention to detail, respect for the process, clear communication, and the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally. Whether we are serving court documents, eviction notices, subpoenas, Notices to Quit, or other civil process paperwork, every assignment is handled with care and discretion.

At Pro Constable, clients can expect the same values that guided our founder’s law enforcement career: integrity, accountability, timeliness, and professionalism.
